Dr. Jerzy Surma
I am an assistant professor at Warsaw School of Economics and a director of Postgraduates Studies on Business Intelligence .
My current research is focused on applying data/reality and social networks mining techniques for business applications. I am interested in customer intelligence, impact of ITC on the contemporary business and network effetcs.
I am a member of the Assocation for Information Systems and International Network of Social Network Analysis. In academic year 2011-12 I was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School.
